We're looking for:

A Super hero! A Head of Business to help scale our Branded Studio - specialising in Branding, Strategy, Packaging, Communication, and Content Production.

You will be responsible for driving business growth, building meaningful client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and creating partnerships that help us grow our footprint in the branding and creative space.

You should be someone who understands brands, loves creative solutions, and knows how to translate business challenges into opportunities. You should be a go-getter, with a strong hunger to build relationships, open new doors, win exciting projects, and achieve ambitious business growth plans.

You should be excited about working with brands across categories, understanding their needs, and bringing the right creative solutions to the table - whether it is a new brand identity, packaging transformation, photoshoots, films, videos, or content-led experiences.

You should be someone who speaks the language of clients, builds trust at a strategic level, and enjoys being the bridge between business opportunities and creative possibilities.

If you have a deep appreciation for great design, storytelling, brand strategy, and know how to build long-term client relationships, you've just jumped the queue!

What will you do here

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for BRANDED.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities across branding, packaging, content production, campaigns, and creative solutions.
• Own the business development pipeline - from prospecting and pitching to closing opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships and expand BRANDED's presence in the branding and creative ecosystem.
• Understand client challenges and work closely with the creative team to shape relevant brand solutions.
• Lead client conversations at a strategic level and position BRANDED as a long-term creative partner.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that communicate our thinking, capabilities, and value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from opportunity to execution.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships.
• Track business performance, pipeline, revenue goals, and growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market opportunities, and evolving brand requirements.
• Represent BRANDED at relevant industry forums, networking opportunities, and client conversations.

You'll team up with designers, writers, strategists, photographers, filmmakers, and creators. It could be a new brand identity, packaging, a film, a photoshoot, or something that doesn't exist today - the one thing common would be a disruptive idea in everything we do.
