Hiring: Head Multi-Brand Retail Stores | Bangalore

Join a top leading retail brand as the Head of Multi-Brand Stores, driving national retail strategy, expansion, and end-to-end store operations.

The role requires 10+ years of experience managing large-format retail networks and delivering P&L ownership.

CTC up to 70 LPA.

You will lead retail blueprint planning, new store rollouts, and market expansion across high-street, mall, and tier-2/3 locations. Oversee operational excellence for both Full-Price and Outlet formats, including SOPs, staffing, training, inventory, shrinkage, and tech-enabled processes like endless aisle, omni-checkouts, and assisted selling.

Collaborate with leading brands.for assortment planning, launches, and visual merchandising. Drive commercial KPIsconversion, ATV, stock turn, markdown efficiency, and throughput. Build and mentor a strong retail team while ensuring outstanding customer experience and brand storytelling.
