Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Head of Brand & Marketing at AMPM is a brand-first, creatively driven leadership role responsible for shaping how the brand is seen, felt, and experienced across every touchpoint.

This is not a conventional marketing role. It requires a leader who deeply understands luxury, women's fashion, and evolving consumer sensibilities, and can translate that understanding into distinctive brand storytelling, desirability, and sustained business growth.

The role sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, and commerce—balancing artistic vision with sharp execution and measurable impact.

Core Mandate:

The Head of Brand & Marketing will lead and integrate all brand and marketing functions, including:

Brand & Creative Direction

Drive a strong, consistent, and elevated brand narrative across campaigns, collections, and communication. Ensure AMPM stands out with a distinct creative voice in the luxury fashion space.

Luxury Consumer Understanding & CRM

Build deep relationships with AMPM's customer base through high-touch, personalized engagement.

This goes beyond traditional CRM—focusing on clienteling, exclusivity, and long-term brand affinity.

Digital & Performance Marketing

Lead digital strategy across platforms with a strong focus on content, storytelling, and performance.

Drive growth through UGC, influencer collaborations, and data-led campaigns without diluting brand premium-ness.

PR, Events & Brand Experience

Own the brand's presence across fashion weeks, launches, trunk shows, and high-impact events.

Build strong PR relationships to ensure consistent visibility in relevant luxury and fashion ecosystems.

Collaborations & Partnerships

Identify and execute meaningful collaborations (designers, artists, brands) that enhance brand equity and cultural relevance—not just visibility.

International Market Expansion

Shape and drive marketing strategy for global markets, ensuring brand positioning resonates with international audiences while retaining core identity.

Commercial Alignment & Budget Ownership

Translate brand strategy into revenue outcomes.

Own marketing budgets, allocate efficiently, and ensure ROI-driven decision-making without compromising brand integrity.

This role is all about :

  • Balancing aesthetic excellence with commercial impact

Key Responsibilities:

A. Brand Strategy & Global Positioning

  • Develop a 3-year brand positioning roadmap aligned to AMPM's ambition to compete with European luxury brands.
  • Define aspirational luxury identity across India, GCC, and future expansion markets (USA & Europe).
  • Protect and strengthen long-term brand equity across retail, online, exhibitions, and global platforms.
  • Standardize brand tonality and visual coherence across all communication.

B. Public Relations (PR) & Global Visibility

  • Design and execute a structured PR strategy across India and GCC markets, expanding into USA & Europe as the brand footprint grows.
  • Build relationships with premium fashion editors, stylists, luxury media houses, and cultural influencers.
  • Manage PR agencies and internal resources to ensure consistent brand narrative.
  • Drive high-quality editorial placements in luxury publications and digital platforms.
  • Oversee PR execution across fashion weeks, exhibitions, store launches, and collaborations.
  • Create long-term celebrity, VVIP and stylist networks aligned with brand positioning.

Objective: Position AMPM as a serious global luxury brand - not just a domestic label.

C. UGC, Influencer & Cultural Placement Strategy

  • Develop an elegant UGC ecosystem featuring refined, aspirational women wearing AMPM in relevant cultural and social spaces.
  • Build organic celebrity partnerships with culturally aligned, elegant public personalities.
  • Identify and nurture Friends of AMPM — stylists, socialites, entrepreneurs, and luxury circles.
  • Collaborate with influencers selectively to maintain aspiration, not mass dilution.
  • Lead organic luxury placement strategy across India and GCC markets.

Objective: Create aspirational visibility without over-commercialization.

D. Campaigns, Content & Creative Direction

  • Lead conceptualization of key seasonal brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality shoot execution (visual direction, styling, storytelling).
  • Maintain visual consistency in photography, video, website, and social media.
  • Design signature campaigns that reflect European-level luxury storytelling.
  • Ensure campaigns align with merchandising calendar and revenue targets.
  • E. Retail Expansion & Store Launch Strategy

    • Develop comprehensive, unique launch strategies for new store openings aligned with brand philosophy.
    • Design high-impact, aspirational store launch experiences.
    • Integrate PR, influencer engagement, UGC, and CRM initiatives into launch plan.
    • Ensure local cultural relevance in new domestic and international markets.

    Objective: Each store launch must feel like a luxury event - not a retail activation.

    F. Digital, CRM & Customer Lifecycle Growth

    • Strengthen eCommerce storytelling and website experience in alignment with luxury positioning.
    • Build CRM-led retention strategy across retail and online.
    • Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
    • Integrate online-offline marketing ecosystem for seamless brand communication.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 8–15+ years of experience in marketing leadership
    • Experience with luxury, premium fashion, lifestyle, retail, or aspirational consumer brands
    • Strong understanding of luxury positioning and brand architecture
    • Proven experience managing integrated marketing across brand, digital, PR, campaigns, and CRM
    • Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect marketing to revenue and business growth
    • Experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
    • Exposure to international or GCC markets is a plus
