Head of Asset Management & Leasing

Our client is a world-leading real estate fund with a strong global presence across multiple asset classes, and a well-established commercial real estate footprint in India.

He/she is responsible for enhancing asset value, optimising performance and expanding the business. This position combines asset management leadership which includes but not limited to property management oversight, leasing and business development to drive firms long-term business expansion in India.

MUST Profile Criteria

• 15+ years of experience in real estate and 5+ years of senior leadership experience in operations/asset, P&L management + leasing.
• Asset: Commercial Real Estate (Office) experience
• Experience with Real Estate Funds/ REITs/ Top RE Developers
• Proven track record in commercial real estate portfolios management and leasing.
• Experience in business development is strongly preferred.
• Possess asset strategy, negotiation capabilities and financial analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and investor relations capability.
