Role Summary – Business / Artist Management Lead (Mumbai)

This role involves end-to-end ownership of business growth and operations, including:

Bringing new artists onto the platform and managing existing artist relationships

Managing and growing key client accounts while onboarding new clients

Selling artists, event concepts, and entertainment solutions to corporates, event companies, and wedding clients

Handling a wide artist portfolio across budgets ranging from ₹10K to ₹1 Cr

Driving new business opportunities and revenue generation

Leading and managing a team of 25 members

Full P&L ownership and responsibility for business performance
