Job Description

  • Define the AInative datacentre strategy & 5year roadmap
  • Build and scale the AI Centre of Excellence
  • Drive AIpowered operations (DCIM, telemetry, digital twins)
  • Deploy predictive maintenance, selfhealing, and efficiency models
  • Integrate emerging tech: GPUs, TPUs, liquid cooling, 400/800G, robotics
  • Rearchitect DC designs for higher density, efficiency, and cost leadership
  • Lead crossfunctional execution across EPC, engineering, NOC & operations
  • Build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, GPU vendors & telecom ecosystems

The Successful Applicant

MustHave

  • 15-25 years in hyperscale cloud, data centres, AI infrastructure, or HPC.
  • Proven leadership in AI + Data + DC operations at scale.
  • Strong grounding in DCIM, HVAC/chillers, generators, UPS, liquid cooling, highdensity racks, GPU workloads, and telemetry systems.
  • Experience across DC lifecycle: construction commissioning operations.
  • Ability to thrive in highintensity build environments with EPC/PMC/GC partners.



Preferred

  • Experience with AI/ML platforms for predictive maintenance, robotics, or PUE optimisation.
  • Handson exposure to GPU cluster deployments, sovereign cloud, or hyperscaler DCs.
  • Global exposure (US/EU/APAC).
