Job Title-Head of AI &Automation, VP

Location-Pune, India

Role Description

A new leadership role responsible for centralizing AI and automation capabilities across the entire Contract Management & Transformation organization. The remit goes beyond Sirion AI functionality and includes:

• AI enablement and adoption
• Process automation and simplification
• Power Apps and workflow solutions
• AI uses case identification and delivery
• Document intelligence/extraction use cases
• Operational tooling (e.g., locating CDRs)
• JIRA Reporting and analytics automation

Your Key Responsibilities

• The role will support all three pillars within Contract Management (TPC CoE, Remediation and Intra Group), as the role's purpose is to centralise and coordinate automation/optimization for the whole CM org.
• Driving a consistent automation strategy across Contract Remediation, TPC CoE, and IGCM
• Design and automate a series of metrics that support further operational/process optimizations across CM space.
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Independently identify business needs and design, build and implement efficient solutions.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and solve complex operational challenges.
• JIRA SME and ability to build JIRA Automated reports that provide daily status of progress against different types of tasks.
• Ability to identify, produce and automate appropriate metrics that support further optimizations within the Contract Management organization.
• Role is autonomous by design; doesn't require people management.
  
  

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
