Syncopated Marketing is a growing email and SMS marketing agency. We work with D2C ecommerce brands across the US, Canada, and Europe, primarily on Klaviyo and Omnisend.
We currently manage retention for 20+ brands across a wide spread of categories: supplements, peptides, healthcare, perfumes, balms, clothing, art, and outdoor gear. Several of our clients do over USD 1M in annual revenue.
We're a 12-person in-office team in Bhopal today, with a clear plan to grow over the next 12 months. We're looking for a senior operator to take ownership of the delivery engine, build the systems that let us scale cleanly, and lead the team that powers it.
Location: Bhopal, MP (100% in-office)
Experience: 6+ years in digital or creative agencies (email marketing background required), with 2 to 3+ years in a delivery, operations, or team leadership role
Compensation: ₹15 to 25 LPA fixed + performance bonus tied to client retention and operational KPIs

I'm Naman, the Founder here. My focus going forward is sales, new business, and growth. I need a senior partner who can take full ownership of delivery and operations, so I can put my time into the work that gets us to 50+ clients and beyond. I'm looking for someone I can genuinely vibe with as a working partner, who's comfortable with numbers and runs the business by them, not by gut feel.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and scaling our operational backbone: SOPs, the project management stack, capacity planning, and resource allocation across the delivery workflow
- Leading and growing the delivery team across account managers, copywriters, designers, and email developers. Running weekly rituals (standups, 1:1s, retros), hiring, onboarding, and developing the team as we scale from 12 to 30+
- Owning quality and SLAs: setting the bar for creative and strategic output (copy, design, segmentation) and building the review processes that keep clients getting senior-level work every time
- Acting as the senior point of contact for strategic conversations and escalations with US and European clients
- Partnering with the founder on hiring strategy, tech stack decisions, and the structural calls that shape how the agency grows
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on email marketing experience is required. You've owned campaigns, flows, or retention strategy directly, ideally on Klaviyo or Omnisend. Without this, the role isn't a fit. This is a delivery leadership role inside an email-first agency, and we need someone who can credibly review the work, not just manage the people doing it
- 7+ years in a digital or creative agency, with proven experience leading delivery across multiple accounts simultaneously
- A system-builder mindset. You've designed frameworks and SOPs, not just followed them
- Comfortable with numbers: capacity utilization, client margin, retention, team productivity. You should track the business, not just run it
- Familiarity with the D2C ecommerce and Shopify ecosystem is a significant plus
- Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable as the senior point of contact for US, Canada, and EU clients
