Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage admissions operations across multiple school campuses.
• Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
• Oversee the complete admission process, from enquiry generation to enrolment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents and stakeholders.
• Monitor admission performance, conversion rates, and branch-wise admissions data.
• Train, mentor, and support admissions teams across campuses.
• Plan and execute admission drives, school events, and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to strengthen student recruitment efforts.
• Ensure standardization of admission processes across all branches.
• Travel regularly across campuses to monitor and support admissions activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in K-12 school admissions.
• Proven experience in handling admissions for multiple school branches or campuses.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE school admission processes and enrolment management.
• Experience in leading and managing admissions teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving admission and enrolment targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
