About the job

Key Responsibility :

  • Develop and execute admissions strategies to achieve annual student intake targets across PG programs.
  • Manage the complete admissions funnel from lead generation to enrolment, ensuring strong conversion performance.
  • Drive lead allocation, tracking, follow-ups, and CRM management for efficient admissions operations.
  • Finalizing & Coordinate with various lead generation agencies and internal teams for lead generation campaigns and admissions outreach activities.
  • Plan and execute webinars, seminars, education fairs, college connect programs, workshops, and other admission engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee application processing, documentation, offer rollouts, onboarding, and overall admission cycle operations.
  • Lead and monitor admissions counsellors and tele-calling teams by setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Analyze admissions data, campaign ROI, source-wise performance, and conversion trends to improve admission outcomes.
  • Handle strategic, high-value, and escalated counselling cases while supporting counsellors in complex admission discussions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree mandatory
  • MBA/PGDM preferred

Experience

  • 10 years of experience in:
  • PG program admissions
  • Admissions operations
  • Lead conversion strategy
  • EdTech growth/admissions
