About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Administration to lead and manage end-to-end administrative operations across the organization. The role involves overseeing property and facility management, infrastructure development, and ensuring smooth operational support services across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall administrative operations ensuring efficient and seamless functioning across offices and facilities.
- Manage property administration, including upkeep, utilization, documentation, and compliance.
- Lead facilities management and maintenance activities across all organizational premises.
- Plan and supervise renovation, infrastructure upgrades, and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and purchase operations ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Supervise security operations, safety protocols, and risk management measures.
- Manage housekeeping services to maintain high standards of cleanliness and workplace environment.
- Oversee transport management, vehicle maintenance, and logistics coordination.
- Develop administrative policies, SOPs, and cost-control mechanisms.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to facilities, infrastructure, and administration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 1218 years of experience in administration, facilities, or operations management roles.
- Strong experience in property management, construction coordination, and infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and large support teams.
- Knowledge of compliance, contracts, and procurement processes.
