Role Overview
Our client is looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented leader to inspire and guide Client Partners and Senior Account Managers across Europe, APAC, India, and the Middle East. This strategic leadership role is critical for driving aggressive growth and scaling existing accounts through a rigorous, metrics-driven approach. While primarily focused on farming, the position requires strong sales acumen to unlock new revenue streams within the existing client ecosystem and strengthen relationships. Reporting directly to the President, this role spans multiple global regions, including Europe, APAC, Middle East, and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a geographically diverse team of Client Partners and Senior Account Managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional dynamics.
- Drive strategic account growth by leveraging data insights, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Foster a culture of accountability and execution excellence, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, practice, and consulting teams to design and implement tailored growth strategies that scale accounts efficiently and sustainably.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand evolving needs and position solutions effectively.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Champion the adoption of tools, technologies, and processes that enhance operational efficiency and data-driven strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 20+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales leadership roles, with proven success managing teams across multiple international geographies.
- Strong track record in managing and growing account portfolios with significant revenue across global markets.
- Demonstrated ability to scale large accounts using data-driven strategies.
- Prior experience in delivery management and solid technology expertise is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring and motivating remote, diverse teams.
- Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools to drive sales and account management strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior clients and internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business plans.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client locations and regional offices.
