The Opportunity: Are you a pedagogical architect passionate about shaping classrooms and teaching standards We invite you to take ownership of the academic landscape as our Head of Academics. We operate a successful Cambridge Primary curriculum (Early Years to Grade 5) and a respected CBSE curriculum (Grades 6 to 12), transitioning to a specialised dual-path CBSE-Cambridge program next year. We are looking for an academic powerhouse who will focus solely on curriculum, instructional quality, and teacher excellence, unburdened by general administrative tasks.

The Role (Head of Academics):

This is a pure academic leadership role. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for implementing pedagogical frameworks, lesson delivery, academic assessments, teacher recruitment, and teacher training. You will be the chief of our dual-path educational delivery, mentoring teachers and tracking student learning metrics to guarantee peerless academic outcomes.

Key Pedagogical Expectations:

1. Dual-Path Curriculum Integration: Successfully design and deploy the Grade 6+ dual CBSE and Cambridge pathways.
2. Instructional Coaching: Conduct systematic classroom observation and provide developmental feedback to faculty.
3. Professional Development: Design rigorous, ongoing training programs to upskill teachers in experiential learning, digital integration, and international assessment standards.
4. Remedial & Enrichment Systems: Establish data-driven assessment monitoring systems to support struggling students and challenge top achievers.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

1. Qualifications: Post Graduate degree in a core school subject with B.Ed. or equivalent credentials.
2. Experience: 8 + years of solid experience in academic coordination, curriculum design, or heading academic departments. Proven track record of working with both CBSE and Cambridge (IGCSE/A-levels) assessment models is critical.
3. Core Competencies: Expert-level understanding of curriculum mapping, modern formative assessment techniques, educational technology, and teacher mentorship.
