  • Lead product development, launches, and lifecycle management
  • Drive D2C growth across website, marketplaces, and performance marketing
  • Build brand, consumer education, and influencer/doctor partnerships
  • Expand presence across trade, chemists, and distributors
  • Build and scale a high‑impact cross‑functional team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales and Marketing Head should have:

  • 5+ years experience in nutraceuticals, wellness, OTC, or adjacent categories
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products and brands
  • Hands‑on expertise in D2C, performance marketing, and funnel metrics
  • Strong P&L ownership mindset with pricing and margin acumen
  • Experience across both digital and trade/retail channels
  • Entrepreneurial, execution‑driven, and comfortable building from scratch
  • Strong collaborator with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
