Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Nurse based in Najafgarh. The Head Nurse will oversee nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and provide clinical support in collaboration with medical teams. Qualifications
- Experience in Nursing, Patient Care, and supporting daily healthcare activities
- Expertise in Nursing Management and Critical Care Medicine
- Strong understanding of Medicine and treatment protocols
- Leadership skills to manage and mentor nursing teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Relevant certifications in critical care or nursing management are a plus
- Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
