Lead the New Product Development (NPD) team for an auto components manufacturing company.
Oversee all aspects of the NPD process, from concept to launch.
Ensure the successful development of new products, meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing.

Skills Required

18–25 years of NPD experience in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
Expertise in die casting is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
