Head – Transactions Advisory & Acquisitions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead origination and execution of land and real estate acquisition opportunities, including IBC/NCLT and other special situation transactions.
- Drive end-to-end deal lifecycle—sourcing, underwriting, structuring, bidding, negotiation, and closure of complex land and stressed asset transactions.
- Evaluate investment opportunities based on location dynamics, zoning, land-use regulations, and development potential across NCR/Haryana.
- Oversee legal, title, and regulatory due diligence, ensuring risk identification and mitigation in line with internal investment frameworks.
- Structure transactions aligned with IBC frameworks, joint development models, and capital deployment strategies.
- Lead stakeholder management, working closely with resolution professionals, legal advisors, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Build and manage deal pipelines through strong relationships with IPCs
- Conduct financial feasibility and valuation analysis to assess project viability, returns, and risk-adjusted investment decisions.
- Ensure regulatory alignment and approvals, liaising with local authorities and tracking evolving policies, by-laws, and development regulations.
- Provide strategic insights on market trends, land pricing, and policy shifts to guide long-term land acquisition and investment strategy.
