About the Role
Drive high-growth resource mobilization, secure sustainable capital, and build strategic institutional relationships to scale a tech-driven financial inclusion platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate comprehensive institutional, corporate CSR, and foundational fundraising strategies.
- Research and secure fintech grants, CSR funds, and impact-investment opportunities.
- Build strategic alliances with commercial banks, government bodies, and funding agencies.
- Write compelling grant proposals and impact-driven investor presentations.
- Manage the entire grant lifecycle, donor reporting, and milestone tracking.
- Represent the platform at global fintech forums and high-level donor meetings.
Mandatory Candidate Profile
- Must come strictly from development sector as corporate-only backgrounds will not be considered.
- 8–10 years of proven fundraising and partnership development within a non-profit framework.
- Proven track record of securing funds for financial literacy, microfinance, or Self-Help Group (SHG) programs.
- Existing active relationships with CSR heads, impact investors, and institutional grant makers.
- Post-graduation in Management, Finance, Social Work, or a related field.
- Exceptional proposal writing, high-impact pitching, and strategic relationship management.
- Native or bilingual fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
