Head – IT Systems & Data (Digital Transformation & Automation)

The Head IT Systems & Data will be responsible for end-to-end digital infrastructure, ERP systems, data governance, cybersecurity, automation, and business intelligence, ensuring scalable, secure, and data-driven operations across manufacturing, supply chain, exports, sales, finance, HR, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Ownership

• Own and manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM, WMS, QMS, and Finance systems
• Ensure 99.9% system uptime across corporate & plant operations
• Manage servers, cloud infrastructure, networking, hardware & software assets
• Oversee vendor management, licensing, and AMC contracts

2. Data Governance & Business Intelligence

• Establish single source of truth (SSOT) across departments
• Design and manage dashboards, MIS, KPI trackers, and leadership scorecards
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and real-time reporting
• Enable predictive analytics for:
• Demand planning
• Inventory optimization
• Sales forecasting
• Performance & productivity

3. Digital Transformation & Automation

• Lead automation initiatives across:
• Production & packing
• Quality & compliance tracking
• HR performance systems (TPR, Culture Score, PMS)
• Finance & cost control
• Drive paperless, workflow-based systems
• Implement AI/ML tools for decision support (where applicable)

4. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with:
• Data security standards
• Export customer audits (BRC, Sedex, SMETA, etc.)
• Internal IT & data governance policies
• Implement:
• Access controls
• Backup & disaster recovery plans
• Cybersecurity risk mitigation

5. Cross-Functional Integration

• Act as technology partner to:
• Manufacturing
• Quality & Compliance
• Supply Chain & Logistics
• Sales (Domestic & Export)
• HR & Finance
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Support leadership with real-time, decision-ready data

6. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Build and lead:
• IT infrastructure team
• Data & MIS team
• Automation & systems analysts
• Define SOPs, documentation, and system manuals
• Mentor team for future-ready digital capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's in:
• Computer Science
• Information Systems

• Engineering or equivalent
• Certifications preferred:
