We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance while aligning HR practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes for all departments.
- Build strong HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Drive organizational culture, retention strategies, and employer branding.
- Collaborate with leadership teams for workforce planning and business growth.
- Monitor HR metrics, attrition analysis, and manpower planning.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth HR functioning.
- Manage onboarding, induction, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 8–10 years of proven HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office.
