Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial digital marketing professional to lead, grow, and strengthen our digital marketing division as an independent and sustainable business unit within our agency.

With nearly four decades of experience as a full-service advertising agency handling regional, national, and international clients, we bring strong market goodwill, creative expertise, and strategic insight. We are now seeking a leader who can leverage this foundation to expand our digital marketing portfolio by building client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and developing a high-performing team aligned with growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of growing the digital marketing division into a self-sustaining and profitable business unit.
  • Actively meet prospective clients, identify opportunities, and bring in new business for digital services.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and expand digital mandates within existing and new accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand business objectives to deliver effective marketing solutions.
  • Build and mentor a team in line with business growth and project requirements.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve outcomes through analysis and optimization.
  • Stay updated with evolving digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and servicing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Who You Are

  • A digital marketing professional with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • A professional with a strong business development mindset along with digital marketing expertise.
  • Comfortable meeting clients, pitching ideas, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial in approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive growth.
  • Experienced in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
  • A strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
  • A strong communicator with presentation and client-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience in an advertising or digital agency will be an added advantage.
