Job Title: Head – Digital, Growth & Analytics

Location: Delhi / NCR

What you will do:

The Head – Digital, Growth & Analytics will be responsible for driving end-to-end digital growth, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making across the B2B business. This role combines full-stack digital ownership with advanced analytics leadership, enabling scalable acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention of clients through integrated digital and data ecosystems.

The role will act as a strategic enabler for business growth, leveraging analytics, AI, and digital transformation to optimize performance across all levers of the B2B lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Head of Digital

  • Customer Lifecycle & Journey Design
  • Own and architect end-to-end customer journeys across onboarding, activation,engagement, cross-sell/up-sell, retention, and reactivation.
  • Identify key inflection points, drop-offs, and opportunity zones across the lifecycle.
  • Drive omnichannel journey orchestration across app, web, CRM, partner ecosystem, and field channels.
  • Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to continuously optimize journeys.

  • Content & Brand Strategy
  • Build and lead the B2B content and brand function aligned to business objectives.
  • Develop persona-based, funnel-stage content strategies mapped to lifecycle journeys.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track content effectiveness (engagement → conversion → revenue impact).
  • Ensure consistent brand narrative and communication across all digital touchpoints.

  • Digital Acquisition & Growth
  • Own digital client acquisition strategy for the SB network across paid and organic channels.
  • Optimize channel mix across performance marketing, SEO, ASO, partnerships, and growth loops.
  • Build and scale organic acquisition engines for long-term cost efficiency and sustainability.
  • Continuously improve CAC, LTV/CAC ratios, and conversion funnels.

  • Refer & Earn (Growth Loop Ownership)
  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the Refer & Earn program.
  • Maximize high-quality acquisition at minimal CAC through referral-led growth loops.
  • Build fraud detection and misuse prevention frameworks.
  • Drive continuous optimization via incentive design, cohort performance, and attribution analysis.

  • SB Experience & NPS
  • Own and drive SB (Sub-Broker) experience and satisfaction (NPS).
  • Identify and address key experience pain points across digital and assisted journeys.
  • Partner with product, ops, and field teams to improve experience-led retention and engagement.

Head of Analytics

  • Business & Revenue Analytics
  • Lead end-to-end revenue analytics across all segments and product lines.
  • Drive deep-dive analytics for:
  • Overall revenue performance
  • ITPP & ProInsight product analytics
  • Identify growth drivers, leakages, and optimization opportunities.

  • Market Share & Competitive Intelligence
  • Own daily market share tracking and analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights on competitive positioning, trends, and shifts.
  • Enable leadership with real-time intelligence for strategic decisions.

  • AOP Planning & Performance Tracking
  • Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) analytics, including planning, tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure alignment between targets, execution, and outcomes.
  • Build frameworks for forward-looking projections and scenario planning.

  • Lifecycle & Growth Analytics
  • Own analytics for:
  • Digital journeys performance
  • Refer & Earn effectiveness
  • Hyperlocal growth initiatives (GBP, microsites, digital avatars)
  • Develop propensity models, churn prediction frameworks, and lifecycle segmentation.

  • Reporting, Dashboards & Data Infrastructure
  • Own and scale dashboarding ecosystem for real-time decision-making.
  • Lead automation of business and finance reporting (monthly/weekly/daily).
  • Drive data model optimization and governance frameworks.

  • Field, Distribution & Contest Analytics
  • Provide analytics support across:
  • Field teams & contests
  • Distribution performance
  • COE (Centre of Excellence) initiatives
  • Enable performance tracking and incentive optimization frameworks.

  • Advanced Analytics & Advisory
  • Lead advisory analytics to support strategic initiatives and leadership decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional deep dives to solve complex business problems.

  • AI & Digital Transformation
  • Champion adoption of AI/ML models and automation frameworks across digital and analytics functions.
  • Build capabilities in:
  • Attribution modelling
  • Predictive analytics
  • Personalization engines
  • Lead data-driven digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Key Outcomes / Success Metrics
  • Growth in client acquisition, activation, and retention rates
  • Improvement in CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency
  • Increase in cross-sell/up-sell and revenue per client
  • Improvement in SB NPS and engagement metrics
  • Accuracy and impact of analytics-driven decisions
  • Adoption of AI-led and data-driven frameworks
  • Reduction in manual reporting and operational inefficiencies

Who you are

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Digital, Growth, and Analytics leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Performance marketing & growth strategy
  • Customer lifecycle management
  • Advanced analytics & data modelling
  • Experience in building and scaling teams and functions from ground up
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through data and digital
  • Strong stakeholder management across business, product, tech, and leadership teams
