We are hiring a Head – Delivery & Operations to lead and scale our linear engineering services business in the telecom domain. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

Location: Chennai
Role Overview:
This role will own end-to-end engineering delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and cost-efficient execution of telecom design projects including LiDAR surveys, route planning, and as-built engineering.
You will also play a key role in building LLD & permitting capabilities, scaling delivery operations, and expanding into utilities & linear infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of telecom engineering projects
- Drive operational excellence, governance, and QA/QC frameworks
- Provide technical leadership across GIS, LiDAR, fiber network design & permitting
- Act as primary client interface post project award
- Scale engineering teams and build a high-performance delivery organization
- Support expansion into power, gas, water & other infrastructure sectors
What We're Looking For:
- 15–18 years in telecom engineering / linear infrastructure / design services
- Proven experience leading large delivery teams & multi-project environments
- Strong expertise in GIS, LiDAR, LLD, permitting, and telecom engineering
- Experience in organizations like Cyient, RMSI, Tata Consulting Engineers, etc.
- Strong leadership, operational rigor & client-facing capabilities
Success in 24 Months:
- Build a 100+ member engineering delivery organization
- Scale GIS & LiDAR teams and establish LLD & permitting capability
- Deliver $5M+ revenue with 10–15% EBITDA margins
- Expand into US & European telecom and utilities sectors
