Role Description

The Head Mixologist will lead the beverage program, curating innovative cocktails and ensuring the highest quality of service. They will oversee the bar operations, manage inventory, train bar staff, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and meet customer expectations with unique and engaging beverage experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, requiring hands-on involvement in delivering extraordinary guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional guest interactions and teamwork.
• Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar management.
• Experience in Training and mentoring bar staff to ensure consistency in quality and standards.
• Culinary Skills including an understanding of flavor profiles, pairing beverages with dishes, and innovating drink menus.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage a team, maintain organized operations, and uphold high standards of service.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Prior experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is highly preferred.
