Head Mixologist

Job Summary:

The Head Bartender is responsible for overseeing bar operations and ensuring that all bartenders deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role combines hands-on beverage preparation, team supervision, and customer engagement. The Head Bartender ensures consistency in drink quality, maintains bar standards, and promotes the outlet's offerings with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations and guide bartenders to maintain high service standards.
• Create and mix unique cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and flair.
• Provide guests with detailed information about drinks, menu items, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in all bar operations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety policies for food and beverage handling.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing bar supplies and orders.
• Uphold the bar's ambiance and service quality, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
• Support and train bar staff to enhance their product knowledge and performance.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Education: Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in bar operations or supervisory role.
• Skills: Mixology, customer service, team supervision, and beverage presentation.
