Head Marketing - Premium BU

As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for driving meaningful relationships with key strategic partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You will identify optimal channels for customers across search, in-store (both online and offline), and in-use customers. You will be responsible for teams which manage market research, product marketing, brand management , marketing communications, product launches and digital marketing.

What You'll Do

• Strategy & Growth: Strategize and curate the marketing roadmap in alignment with growth levers and market share expansion for the premium product portfolio.
• Brand & Positioning: Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies tailored specifically to premium products and target audiences.
• Media & Digital Alignment: Conceptualize and align media and digital teams on core strategy and execution.
• Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and define precise customer personas specific to the premium product portfolio.
• Partner & Channel Ecosystem: Drive strategic partnerships and manage multichannel engagement across search, online/offline retail, and the customer lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

• Academic Background: B.Tech (preferred) & MBA with a core specialization in Marketing (preferably from a Tier 1 institute).
• Experience: 18-20 years of robust experience spanning brand management, communications, strategy development, and people management.
• Industry Expertise: Minimum 4 years of recent experience in the automobile industry, with prior experience managing premium automotive products strongly preferred.
• Strategic Marketer: Proven expertise in product marketing, brand management, marketing communications, and digital marketing within a premium or high-growth environment.
