Job Summary
We are looking for someone who to lead a Brand management team & launch an exciting in-licensed product & The Most Prestigious Brand for GG-India business.
Roles & Responsibilities
. You will be responsible for identifying product portfolio gaps, generating new product ideas based on unmet needs, and evaluating their profitability. Making final decisions on new product ideas, categorizing products, and assigning them to product management teams to ensure a steady product pipeline.
. You will be responsible for conducting risk-benefit analysis for new product ideas, discussing merits with the medico-marketing team, and finalizing product prioritization in consultation with the vertical head to ensure successful implementation and launch.
. You will be responsible for reviewing go-to-market strategies, validating launch plans, and overseeing strategy implementation. Ensuring successful product launch through detailed planning and corrective action, if needed.
. You will be responsible for sales planning & budgeting by setting growth goals for the whole team, determining therapeutic area targets, and monitoring market potential to ensure consistent market share growth.
. You will be responsible for formulating brand strategies based on market trends and customer behavior, overseeing their implementation, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions to ensure effective brand strategies in the market.
. You will be responsible for making decisions on customer relationship initiatives, reviewing non-product-based programs, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. Utilizing feedback to refine programs and maintain positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
. You will be responsible to design the future roadmap of the therapy with activities like business development, growth ideas for business, new launches and brand acquisition, identifying co-marketing opportunities, reach strategies (field force expansion) and Geography development etc. Implementing various strategic initiatives to strengthen brands/therapy, and collaborating with the strategy team and agencies to strengthen market presence.
. You will be responsible for leading and developing the Setting goals for subordinates, conducting performance appraisals, and providing mentorship. Identifying training needs, tracking team retention rates, and organizing team-building activities to ensure high team performance.
Education- MBA with a graduate degree in Science stream
Minimum work experience-15-20 years of experience in Indian Pharmaceutical Industry and experience of launching at least one new product.
