Reporting to:COO, Lodha Foundation / President - Marketing
TheHeadMarketing&Communicationswill be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging internal and external stakeholders, and promoting the foundations mission, programs, and impact.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Brand Management & Awareness: Develop and maintain LFs brand identity, ensure consistent messaging across all channels, create marketing materials such as brochures, reports, and presentations.
- Strategic Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to reach key audiences (beneficiaries, partners, media). Craft compelling stories to highlight the foundation's impact and manage internal and external communications.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage website, social media accounts, digital media campaigns, monitor engagement and track performance metrics.
- Event Promotion & Coordination: Plan and promote panel discussions, community outreach initiatives and other events by developing event-related marketing materials and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Write impact stories, case studies, and success narratives. Produce videos, infographics, and visual storytelling materials. Ensure content aligns with LF's mission and goals.
- Monitoring & Evaluation of Marketing Efforts: Analyse marketing and communication effectiveness. Work with the management & program leads to adjust strategies based on data insights. Provide reports on campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 8+ years in marketing, communications, or PR, preferably with a mix of experience in both corporate and foundation, philanthropy, or CSR.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and communication strategies.
- Proven track record in brand management, PR, digital marketing, and fundraising campaigns.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, including partners, media, and government agencies.
- Expertise in crisis communication, reputation management, and advocacy.
- Successful execution of large-scale marketing campaigns and fundraising events.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
