Position:Head – Business Development / Marketing

Location: Gurugram / Bangalore / Guwahati

Base Location Gurgaon

Work Mode: Onsite | 5 Days Working from office

A fast-growing Healthcare Technology company is looking for a dynamic BDM/Marketing Head to drive enterprise sales growth and market expansion.

The Head of Marketing will lead the companys end-to-end marketing strategy with a strong focus on supporting Sales-led growth. This role is responsible for driving revenue impact, strengthening sales pipeline, and enabling the Sales team with positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. Digital marketing will play a secondary, supportive role.

You will work closely with leadership, product teams, and especially the Sales team to accelerate revenue and enterprise deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B marketing and business development strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Work closely with Sales teams to build pipeline and close enterprise deals
  • Drive GTM strategy, lead generation, ABM, and sales enablement initiatives
  • Create pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and positioning material
  • Represent the company at healthcare and technology events

Required candidate profile

  • 8–18 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Technology Marketing or Business Development
  • Strong exposure to enterprise sales and revenue-driven marketing
  • 4 plus years Experience in Healthcare IT / HIS /Hospital ERP / Hospital Software( MUST)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
