Synedyne Systems is looking for a highly driven and assertive Operations Leader who thrives in high-accountability manufacturing environments.

This role is for someone who excels in Planning and Execution, runs operations with discipline, speaks the language of data, anticipates changes in demand, and ensures flawless execution of production and delivery commitments.

We are seeking a leader who proactively communicates with customers and suppliers, prevents operational escalations, builds strong teams, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, supply coordination, logistics, and delivery performance.
• Drive improvements in productivity, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Monitor key operational metrics such as OTIF, production adherence, capacity utilization, and inventory efficiency.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Manage demand forecasting, production planning, and capacity alignment with customer schedules.
• Implement structured Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to ensure demandsupply balance.

Proactive Customer & Supplier Communication (Non-Negotiable)

• Maintain prompt and proactive communication with customers and suppliers on:

-delivery plan changes

-demand fluctuations

-forecast revisions

-supply constraints

• Ensure operational transparency and early communication to prevent escalations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers based on reliability and trust.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Drive operational decisions based on data, analytics, and measurable KPIs.
• Provide clear operational insights and action plans when addressing challenges.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing operations team through mentoring, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure clear information flow, accountability, and structured decision-making within teams.

Qualification & Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 1020 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the automotive/automotive component industry.
• Candidates should ideally have strong exposure to manufacturing operations within the automotive or automotive component industry.
• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management or equivalent management qualification will be an added advantage.
• Professional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Operations Excellence are desirable.
• Strong hands-on to production planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex manufacturing environments.
