Head - Manufacturing & operations

Looking for a Factory Head for our leading Zipper industry

Location: Chennai

Shall be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the existing manufacturing set-up near Chennai as well as setting up a modern, future-ready, state-of-the-art & and efficient greenfield zipper manufacturing plant in the same vicinity, incorporating global best practices (e.g. Industry 4.0).

Key Deliverables

1. Set up a modern, future-ready, state-of-the-art & and efficient greenfield zipper manufacturing plant incorporating global best practices (e.g. Industry 4.0) and manage the existing manufacturing unit.

2. Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations

Key personality traits/skills needed

1. High energy, drive, self-initiative & and sense of ownership

2. Superior people management skills

Background / Experience

1. Experience in setting up modern manufacturing facilities

2. Well-versed in the latest manufacturing techniques / Industry 4.0

3. Experience in discrete manufacturing operations

4. Zipper industry experience would be useful
