HEAD – MANPOWER SECONDMENT & STAFFING

ROLE PURPOSE:

• Business Development – Acquire new clients in Chemical belt (Dahej, Ankleshwar, Panoli, Tarapur, Taloja) & Pharma clusters (Hyderabad, Pune, Indore).
• Client Management - Meet Plant Heads, HR Heads, EPC Project Heads.
• Close per-man-month billing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead secondment engagements across Chemical, Pharma & Industrial Construction
• Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with technical & safety standards
• Oversee resource deployment, training validation, and quality assurance across sites
• Drive project delivery, reporting, and regulatory adherence
• Collaborate with stakeholders for workforce planning and capability building

CANDIDATE PROFILE  

• Minimum 8-10 years in Manpower Secondment / Staffing /Engineering, Procurement, and Construction / Industrial Services / Shutdown Projects
• Having network in Chemical / Pharma / Industrial Construction, Exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation supervisory hiring
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills. Ability to connect with Project Directors, Construction Managers, HSE Managers of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies.
• Knowledge of per-man-month billing and compliance.

·      Deep knowledge of: Labour License for project sites, BOCW Act, Safety Certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma in Safety), Gate Pass system

·      Liaison with Safety Training institutes for PTW, Scaffolding, Fire Watch certification

·      Manage attrition, remote site operations – accommodation, mobilization, demobilization

·      HSE audits by clients

·      Willingness to travel to Gujarat, Hyderabad, Pune and other hubs, as may be necessary.
