To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals for the position of Head Management Services (MAS), Vedanta Jharsuguda.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct trend analytics for cost optimization and work towards increasing control automation
• Work on business controls and risk managementand financial assurance
• Monitor and improve areas from Group MAS exco and COP sessions
• Ensure CAPA compliance / implementation of audit findings
• Improve Tier ratings (focus on A ratings in PV, MIS, Projects)
• Benchmark SOPs/ Best Practices with other BUs and implement Score-Card driven culture
• Perform independent checks; flag potential malpractices
• Act as SPOC for all audits, assessments and reviews carried out centrally from Group MAS

Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes

• BE/B.Tech/CA/MBA with relevant experience
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knack in Digital, AI Technology, data analysis, critical thinking, global benchmarking and business partner management.
• Experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
