Head Legal, Healthcare Service Provider

We are partnering with a leading healthcare and community care organisation to appoint a Head of Legal. Reporting to the CEO, this is a strategic leadership role responsible for establishing and leading the legal function, providing end-to-end legal, regulatory, and governance support across the organisation.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board, offering practical legal guidance on partnerships, investments, operations, and enterprise risk. The role also oversees contract negotiation, compliance, dispute management, and the development of legal frameworks, processes, and policies to support business growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with 10+ years of relevant legal experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver commercially sound, solutions-oriented advice in a dynamic environment. Prior exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries will be advantageous.
