Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Legal and Compliance, based in Bengaluru. The Head Legal and Compliance will be responsible for managing legal compliance, providing legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal issues. The role includes ensuring organizational adherence to laws and regulations, advising the company on legal matters, developing policies to ensure compliance with legal standards, and mitigating legal risks.

Qualifications

• Having LLB eligibility with minimum of 8 years rich experience
• Ability to manage Law and address Legal Issues
• Explertise in Civil and Company law obligations
• The remuneration will be between 4L to 5 L
• Rich experience in Orbitration and documentation
• Experience in Legal Compliance and Legal Consulting
• Proficient in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar and relevant legal certifications
• Experience in the electronic consumer goods industry is a plus
