URGENT HIRING — LEATHER HANDBAG HEAD KARIGAR / ARTISAN

Oldsoul Leather Company is looking for an experienced Leather Handbags Head Karigar / Artisan to lead the making and production of our handcrafted leather bags.

We are looking for a highly skilled craftsman with strong experience in premium leather handbag construction, excellent finishing, and the ability to independently execute bags from patterns, samples, and technical specifications.

• Construct premium leather handbags from patterns and samples

• Handle cutting, skiving, folding, stitching, assembly and finishing

• Work with leather, lining, zippers and metal hardware

• Understand bag construction, proportions and structural requirements

• Maintain high standards of stitching, symmetry and finishing

• Identify and resolve construction or production issues

• Ensure consistency and quality across production pieces

• Guide and coordinate with other karigars when required

• Take responsibility for the final quality of finished bags

• Proven experience in making leather handbags / leather bags

• Strong knowledge of professional bag-making techniques

• Ability to independently execute a complete bag from sample to finished product

• Excellent attention to detail and finishing

• Experience working with premium leather is preferred

• Reliable, disciplined and quality-focused

Location: Moradabad / Delhi NCR

Role: Full-time / Production basis
