Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head - Lead Generation to spearhead our global lead generation initiatives for application services. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B and enterprise sales background, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in handling global markets. This leadership role requires a strategic vision to design and execute high-impact lead generation campaigns that drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies for global markets, focusing on enterprise clients.
  • Oversee the entire lead generation process, including email campaigns, cold outreach, and market research.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor team progress, and provide regular feedback and training.

Campaign Management & Content Strategy

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling content for lead generation.
  • Plan and execute personalized outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers in target industries.

Global Market Expansion & B2B Enterprise Sales

  • Leverage a strong understanding of global market dynamics to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders to expand the company's footprint.
  • Work closely with B2B enterprise sales teams to ensure lead conversion into high-value business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B lead generation and enterprise sales.
  • Proven expertise in handling global markets and driving high-quality lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, cold outreach, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
