Job Description

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive learning and development strategies.
  • Identify training needs across departments and design tailored programs to address them.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements where necessary.
  • Manage budgets and resources for the learning and development function.
  • Utilize innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead a team of L&D professionals and provide guidance and mentorship.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the pharmaceutical sector.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Atleast 15+ years of proven expertise in designing and implementing learning strategies, especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in managing teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of innovative learning technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
