Job Description

Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support for their growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology-driven solutions.
Manage the IT budget effectively, optimizing resources and costs.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve efficiency.
Monitor and address system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Head should have:

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure and systems.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Experience in the property or building materials industry is advantageous.
Knowledge of data security, compliance, and IT governance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
