Job Description

. Lead endtoend SAP/Oracle ERP implementation and vendor governance

. Manage postimplementation support, integrations & user training

. Develop automated MIS, dashboards & project costing tools

. Oversee IT infrastructure across offices, plants & remote rigs (network, cloud, security, VSAT)

. Ensure SEBI CSCRF cybersecurity compliance, audits, DR & backup

. Integrate ERP with banking, GST/TDS, SEBI reporting & SCADA

  • . Manage IT vendors, licensing & hardware lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head IT & Digital should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT leadership roles within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity practices.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
