Vedanta's Sesa Goa Business caters to the requirements of the Iron & Steel supply chain. We produce Iron Ore, Pig Iron and Coke. It comprises of Iron Ore Goa, Iron Ore Karnataka, Iron Ore Odisha, Value Added Business, Sesa Cement and Sesa Coke - Gujarat & Maharashtra. The Sector has a unique competitive advantage of having operations in 5 States.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Investor Engagement

Define and execute the IR strategy aligned with business priorities and growth ambitions.

Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

Act as the primary spokesperson for investor communications, ensuring consistency and credibility.

Financial & Market Intelligence

Lead preparation of quarterly earnings releases, investor decks, and annual reports.

Provide insights on market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to the leadership team.

Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to ensure accurate forecasting and disclosure.

Leadership & Board Support

Advise the Board, CFO, and BU leadership on investor expectations and market positioning.

Prepare briefing materials and talking points for senior executives ahead of investor interactions.

Support capital market transactions, including equity/debt offerings, M&A, and restructuring.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to SEBI, stock exchange, and global disclosure standards.

Drive transparent ESG and sustainability reporting in alignment with investor priorities.

Maintain IR systems, databases, and processes for effective investor tracking.

Experience & Qualification:

MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent with strong financial and strategic acumen with 12+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research
