Job Description

    • Strategic Market Narrative: Lead IndoStar's investor communication strategy to drive a consistent and compelling equity and debt story.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively manage deep-rooted relationships with institutional investors, buy-side/sell-side analysts, and credit rating agencies.
    • Earnings & Disclosures: Drive the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including the development of high-quality investor presentations, scripts, and transparent financial disclosures.
    • Strategic Insights: Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing data-backed insights into market expectations, peer benchmarking, and investor sentiment.
    • Governance & Compliance: Ensure world-class standards of transparency and strict adherence to regulatory frameworks (SEBI/LODR) and governance protocols.

The Successful Applicant

10- 12 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Strategy.
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Industry Preferences - Listed BFSI (NBFC / Bank / Financial Services)
