Job Description

1. Investment management of ETFs & Index Funds
2. Monitor and supervise investment team to minimize tracking error
3. Maintain rigorous risk controls surrounding index rebalancing, corporate actions and evolving regulatory framework
4. Formulate, implement and govern passive investment policies
5. Managing passive investment dealing desk
6. Partner with product strategy team to conceptualise and launch new products

7. Ensure strict adherence to regulation, fiduciary responsibilities and internal investment policies
8. Represent the fund house as subject matter expert, engaging with institutional clients and internal as well as external stakeholders
9. Optimize secondary market ETF liquidity and relationship with authorised participants / market maker
10. Optimize internal investment processes and maximize operational efficiency
11. Active collaboration with index service provider to refine index methodology in line with evolving regulatory and operational framework.
