Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Head of Insurance Business. The role involves leading the insurance business unit, managing client relationships with insurance companies, and driving growth by developing strategic partnerships and designing innovative insurance products. The individual will oversee claims management, optimize operational efficiency, and address customer requirements within the insurance domain. In addition, responsibilities include working closely with teams across functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals while managing and mentoring team members to achieve success.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and a deep understanding of Insurance and Actuarial Science
• Proven experience in Claims Management with a focus on designing and overseeing efficient processes
• Demonstrated capability in Team Management and leadership, including mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively
• Prior experience in the health insurance domain is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications like FSA or ASA are a plus
