Industry: Broking / Capital Markets
Lead the institutional equity sales business for a broking firm, driving revenue through strong relationships with fund managers, FIIs/DIIs, and large institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive equity sales revenue and grow institutional client base
- Leverage strong relationships with fund managers across mutual funds, insurance, PMS, and global funds
- Lead and scale the equity sales team
- Work closely with research, trading, and IB teams for idea generation and execution
- Originate and distribute deals (IPOs, block deals, placements)
- Ensure high client retention and engagement
Requirements:
- 12–18+ years in institutional equity sales / broking
- Strong, established network with fund managers (critical)
- Proven revenue track record
- Leadership experience managing high-performing teams
