Job Description

Industry: Broking / Capital Markets

Lead the institutional equity sales business for a broking firm, driving revenue through strong relationships with fund managers, FIIs/DIIs, and large institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive equity sales revenue and grow institutional client base
  • Leverage strong relationships with fund managers across mutual funds, insurance, PMS, and global funds
  • Lead and scale the equity sales team
  • Work closely with research, trading, and IB teams for idea generation and execution
  • Originate and distribute deals (IPOs, block deals, placements)
  • Ensure high client retention and engagement

Requirements:

  • 12–18+ years in institutional equity sales / broking
  • Strong, established network with fund managers (critical)
  • Proven revenue track record
  • Leadership experience managing high-performing teams
