Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head HRBP-Fintech located in Gurgaon. The Head HRBP will drive HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals, oversee the implementation of HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance management, enhancing workplace culture, and collaborating with leadership to provide strategic human resources guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands on expertise in HR operations, processes and policies
• Proficiency in engaging with Founders and senior tech leadership.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership with strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in the fintech industry or related domains is a must.
