Position Overview

The Head HRBP – Corporate leads the Human Resources Business Partnering for the Corporate and pharmaceuticals business while heading the Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the CHRO, this role ensures strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and workforce excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals, workforce planning, and multi-geography hiring.
  • Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes using ATS, digital tools, psychometric assessments, and the latest tools in aritifical intelligence and predictive analytics to enhance speed and candidate experience.
  • Manage budgeting, cost optimization, and partner networks to build robust talent pipelines and ensure compliance.
  • Act as the primary HR advisor to business leaders, driving people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with C-Suite and functional heads to align HR initiatives with business goals and lead change management efforts.
  • Interpret people analytics to provide insights on talent risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
  • Lead manpower planning, succession management, and leadership pipeline development.
  • Design and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance motivation, collaboration, and retention.
  • Drive results-oriented performance management through goal-setting, continuous feedback, and fair evaluations.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies using data analytics and actionable dashboards for leadership.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing HR and TA team, fostering meritocracy and continuous learning.

Required Experience & Qualifications


  • Education: Master in Business Administration in Human Resource Management.
  • Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Experience: 18–20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 10 years in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition leadership within large or multi-industry corporate environments.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead HR and TA teams with 4 direct and 5 indirect reportees, collaborating with C-Suite and functional heads.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ATS, digital recruitment tools, workforce planning, employer branding, and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, change management, influence and impact, problem solving, collaboration, and achievement orientation.
