Our Client is a Global Technology MNC. They are looking for Head HR -India. Ideally with 20-25yrs experience with diverse geographical or international exposure. This role will involve guiding HR business partners, managing compliance, employee grievances, diversity, equity, inclusion, and CSR With proven track record of leading HR operations and transformations across diverse cultural and geographical contexts.

Responsible for Business Planning & Regional Strategy, Talent Ecosystem Management, Organizational Excellence & Culture Development, Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems, Employee Engagement, Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management.

Professional HR certifications with international focus (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
