• Oversee Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.

• Ensure Compliance with Labour Laws and industry regulations.
• Work towards Org Development and building the organization.
• Be involved in Stakeholder Management including Government bodies, Panchayat, etc.
• Build and handle a team.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Applicant Would Have

• 20-30 years of experience.
• Proven experience in large-scale Greenfield Projects within the industrial or manufacturing sector is a MUST.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Full-proficiency in Telugu/ Kannada/ Tamil/ Malayalam/ Tulu language is a MUST.
