Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head HR & Compliance, based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee relations. Key responsibilities also include recruiting and onboarding, conducting performance reviews, addressing workplace issues, and ensuring legal compliance in accordance with labor and employment regulations. Additionally, the role involves offering recommendations to improve the work environment and organizational culture.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law and compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Proven skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace matters
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with legal proceedings and compliance in the Indian context is a plus
